If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all related accounts, void all bets, and forfeit any balances including deposits and winnings.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username. Your Account is for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your Account, nor may you transfer, sell, or rent your Account to another party. idqq88 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels: major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from accounts held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.

All transactions on idqq88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Your Account balance, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in IDR.
To process a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed), your balance must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal amount (Rp 50,000), and you must have no active wagering requirements from pending bonuses. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own legal name matching your idqq88 Account registration details.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for verified accounts during business hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours. To prevent money laundering and fraud, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to the deposit amount only, not to winnings.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or when unusual patterns are detected. This may include re-verification of ID, source of funds documentation, or video verification call.

idqq88 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play between multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to abuse bonus terms, or any other behavior we deem to be bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirming. We are not responsible for errors you make when placing bets. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds posted due to technical malfunction), idqq88 reserves the right to void affected bets.
Sports bets are settled based on official results from governing bodies. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets are typically voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules. Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to rapid odds changes; your bet is confirmed only at the odds displayed when you click confirm, not the odds displayed when you started building your bet. Settlement of disputed outcomes follows official league or federation rulings.

If your internet connection is lost during a game round, the round will continue and settle automatically according to the game's rules. Any form of cheating, collusion with other players, use of bots or automated betting software, exploitation of software bugs, or any other unfair advantage-seeking behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

While we strive for continuous service availability, idqq88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime due to technical maintenance, server failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money while using idqq88 Services. We are not liable for your gambling losses. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose and should never chase losses.
idqq88 is not responsible for the performance or reliability of third-party services including payment processors, internet service providers, or game providers. While we work with reputable partners, we cannot guarantee their services will be error-free.
In no event shall idqq88's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the dispute arose.
We reserve the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your Account if we suspect violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or the need for additional verification. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or request withdrawals, but your funds remain secure.
We may permanently close your Account if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information, or if we determine continued service provision is not in our business interest. Upon termination, any remaining Real Balance will be returned to you (minus any amounts owed to us), but Bonus Balances and pending bonuses will be forfeited.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion prevents you from reopening your Account for a specified period.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We may charge a monthly dormancy fee (typically Rp 50,000 per month) from dormant accounts to cover administrative costs. To avoid this fee, simply log in to your Account once every 12 months.
